This project was a multi-faceted, high-end renovation of The Village Apartments property (formerly La Mirage). Work was completed on time within various phases over the period of one year.
Project Features:
- Extensive site, wayfinding, and landscape lighting both onsite & offsite;
- Full renovation of a 13,000 square-foot clubhouse with a horseshoe-shaped bar with design integrated pendant lighting, a commercial kitchen, elevator retrofit, new state-of-the-art fitness center;
- A new pool house for the two existing and one new swimming pool with custom controls and equipment;
- Extensive audio-video capabilities and equipment, 22 television monitors, Wi-Fi for residents, and a community game room.
