Our TI Team provided a value-engineered lighting and controls package which helped the client achieve their design vision while staying on budget.

The lighting package included a clean mixture of pendants, troffers, and accent lights.

Some exciting highlights included:

• A series of wall-washed alcoves
• Open meeting areas with large halo pendants
• Wood slat ceilings with recessed linears

Electrical and power additions included:

• Conference floor monuments
• TV data boxes
• Data chases
• Card reading system
