  • Physical therapy, training rooms, men’s and women’s locker rooms kitchen, outdoor cafeteria and seating plaza with a cafe
  • The cafeteria and seating area was topped with a standing seam canopy as seen in photos and had AV screens and Big Ass Fans throughout with an exposed conduit
