Balboa Capital

Balboa Capital is another example of Team ALBD’s design-build capabilities. By providing engineering services during pre-construction, our Tenant Improvement Team was able to reduce costs and streamline the installation of this commercial office tenant improvement project.

Balboa Capital’s two-floor office includes conference rooms, open office spaces, and dropped ceiling private offices. Lighting is a combination of linear and circular pendants, large circular chandelier fixtures and grid-type 2x4s. The design is clean and functional.

The two-story foyer is perhaps the most interesting feature if this space. Recessed, square down lights accent the the high entry wall artwork, and diffuse evenly down to the open seating area. The end result is inviting yet professional.
