Completed in 2021, ALBD delivered critical infrastructure improvements for one of the world’s largest fulfillment and logistics providers on an accelerated schedule. The scope included new site utility feeds, a new street crossing, transformer pad installation, conduit systems, a PMH structure, nearly 50 new light bases and poles, more than 120 pull boxes, and over 200 EV charging stations to support the facility’s growing electrification needs. In addition, the project required approximately 6,000 lineal feet of excavation, removal, backfill, and trench compaction, along with the installation of more than 150,000 feet of PVC conduit. Through detailed coordination, efficient field execution, and a proactive approach to scheduling, the project team successfully delivered a complex, high-volume site development project under demanding timelines.
