Amazon SAX3 stands out as a signature project for Team ALBD recognized with an ABC SoCal Excellence in Construction Award and delivered on an accelerated six-month schedule. This fast-track tenant improvement and modernization transformed an existing warehouse into a technologically advanced fulfillment center, built to support high-efficiency operations from day one.

In addition to the primary facility, Team ALBD delivered a secure off-site parking and guard station located one mile away, ensuring seamless support for daily logistics and site security.

Project Features:

• Complete electrical upgrades, including new underground infrastructure
• Installation of (2) 300KW / 375KVA, 480/277V, 3-phase diesel generators
• (2) new 400-amp electrical services
• New site lighting for enhanced visibility and safety
• Motorized security gate and perimeter fencing
