Apple CU21

ALBD is proud to have been part of the Apple CU21 Mail & Distribution Center, an exciting Tenant Improvement project of an existing building, previously occupied by FedEx. This project began in January 2022 and buttoned up just before Summer 2023.

Project Features:

• New 1600A 480V service replaces the existing 2000A 208V service.
• Close coordination with Apple and Ware Malcomb to complete major plan revisions during the course of construction.
• ALBD has a team of 20 highly skilled electricians on site during this fast-tracked schedule to complete the high-end lighting and power requirements.

As the project reaches completion, ALBD Electric is partnering closely with Apple’s commissioning team to certify the project and qualify for LEED Platinum Certification.
