Healthpeak Woodlake Medical Office Building

Team ALBD was honored to be part of the project team bringing this re-envisioned medical office building and extensive renovation to realization. We’re confident that both patients and medical staff are enjoying its incredible transformation. The approach here was simple: They take care of the patient, we take care of the building, and everything else will follow.

Project Features:

• Major renovation and re-imaging of an existing, mostly occupied, medical office building and parking structure.
• New north and south building entry facade and foyer enhancements with upgraded LED site perimeter and site lighting, bollards, and decoratively lit planters.
• Fully renovated restrooms, common corridors, and common areas with upgraded LED lighting and finishes.
• Replacement of all parking lot lighting with LED efficiency fixtures and all interior and exterior lit signage.
• Our scope also includes a full tenant improvement of a 2,000 SF medical office space including three exam rooms, office environment, and waiting area for primary care provider.
• Exterior site lighting and wayfinding for patient’s and staff’s enjoyment of outdoor seating and dining amenities.
