Our Tenant Improvement Team completed a $3 million contract to build out a distribution center for iHerb, an online supplement and nutrition retailer in Perris, CA in 2015. At the time, this 400,000 square foot facility was one of the largest projects our Tenant Improvement Team had ever taken on.
Much of the project was typical for a large scale warehouse tenant improvement. The scope of work included:
- High-bay fixtures
- Exposed conduit runs
- Large transformers
- Underground service entrance conductors
- Emergency generator system
Our Tenant Improvement Team enjoyed the challenge of supplying power to a large robot picker and conveyor system. The machines automatically move, pick and sort tens of thousands of parcels daily, and to this day we continue to assist with service work and new additions.
