Los Olivos Pool Park
Irvine, CA
Landscape Architect: Thomas Sabin Studio
General Contractor: Consolidated Contracting Services
Project Size: .69-acres + 1,437 SF Amenity Building & 485 SF Shade Structure
Now formally named Seville Park in Irvine, California, this ground-up project brought a vibrant new community pool park to life, thoughtfully designed to enhance both function and experience. Our scope included comprehensive site electrical systems, along with carefully integrated accent, landscape, and wayfinding lighting to create a safe, welcoming, and visually engaging environment.
The development features a 1,437-square-foot support building equipped with restrooms and showers, as well as a 485-square-foot shade structure complete with a dedicated BBQ area creating comfortable, amenity-rich spaces for gathering and recreation. Enhancing the overall experience, a striking water feature wall seamlessly connects to the spa, while a playground and adjacent open grass area extend the park’s appeal for families and active use.
Together, these elements create a dynamic outdoor destination designed for relaxation, connection, and community enjoyment.
