ALBD is proud to have been part of the Apple CU21 Mail & Distribution Center, an exciting Tenant Improvement project of an existing building, previously occupied by FedEx. The initial contracted project began in January 2022 and buttoned up in early Summer 2023 with ongoing updates and customization through 2024.

Project Features:

  • New 1600A 480V service replaces the existing 2000A 208V service.
  • Collaborative partnerships with the client, architects, and engineers during plan revisions and value engineering throughout the course of construction.
  • ALBD had a team of 20+ highly skilled electricians on site during this fast-tracked schedule to complete the high-end lighting and power requirements.
  • ALBD Electric & Cable partnered closely with Apple’s commissioning team for project qualification for LEED Platinum Certification.
