As a best-in-class, outdoor retail entertainment center, ambience, experience, wayfinding, and lighting are ever evolving with an “always something new & different” vision. ALBD has performed a multitude of projects at the Irvine Spectrum Center including:

- Extensive modernization of the center’s iconic, freeway visible landmark, the “Spectrum” obelisk which included lighting upgrades to high efficiency LED fixtures and installation and implementation of the dynamic DMX lighting network backbone.
- 4-level parking structure and multiple parking lot directional, wayfinding, lighting and illuminated signage enhancements and replacements.
- Decommissioning of electrical components servicing the West Valet then installation and implementation of site enhanced wayfinding, monumental tree ornamentation, and LED electrical and ambience lighting.
- All electrical infrastructure, components, and lighting for a relocated North Valet area with elevated people space, comfort seating, and elegant valet station.
- Lighting upgrades and enhancements throughout multiple paseos and landscape areas, water fountains and features, and back-of-house management offices.
