Lennar Homes

In 2018, Lennar Homes, one of the nation’s largest home builders, engaged us to be part of the team building out their corporate offices.

The project started as an empty 41,000 square foot standalone core-and-shell structure, located at the Five Points Gateway business park in Irvine. Once completed, the office featured a handful of high-tech conference rooms and a mixture of both private and open-concept style office spaces.

Special attention was paid to the break rooms. Lennar was so confident in their design that the break rooms are actually called “WOW” rooms. And that word has certainly been uttered by many upon entering.

The break rooms featured:

• Crisp marble counter tops
• Colorful and varied art displays
• Custom imported wooden drop ceiling

Lennar Homes is a prime example of Team ALBD’s planning & craftsmanship capabilities. The quality and accuracy of this installation ensured the finished product looked as stunning as the architectural renderings.
