In early 2022, ALBD began our journey on this exciting major transformation of an existing, already upscale, Orange County gym. This resort-style athletic club will provide every ultimate healthy-living and wellness amenity its members dream of.

Project Features:

• Utility service upgrade routing from the city street into the facility.
• Provide fully customized electrical components for fitness center and proprietary fitness accessories, hi-output/low energy lighting, HVAC and indoor/outdoor aquatic features.

• Every amenity dialed in to perfection – every gym opportunity, group and on-demand fitness classes & platforms, spa pampering amenities, indoor basketball, certified physical therapy, cafe restaurant and bar, retail therapy, child services & kids academy, olympic aquatic center with Beach Club pool side cafe.
