Retail Design Collaborative

Retail Design Collaborative is “dedicated to making everyday places extraordinary”.  And their Downtown Long Beach open office shows they practice what they preach.

This retail-focused architectural firm re-purposed a Nordstrom Rack into an award-winning work space to match their vibrant company culture and responsible design practices. Colorful floor-to-ceiling murals adorn the walls, industrial finishes mesh with warm wood paneling, and a mixture of skylights, high bays and accent lights provide a natural and bright feel. The project is LEED Platinum and WELL Gold certified.

ALBD is proud of our TI Team’s hand in building Retail Design Collaborative’s vision. The open, industrial style ceiling gave us a great opportunity to show off our pipe work, and the sheer variety of fixture types showcases our ability to work in any office TI environment.
